Thrifty Bites Cooking Workshop

Make the most of what’s already in your fridge at this engaging, hands-on cooking workshop designed to help you reduce food waste and stretch your grocery budget further.

Facilitated by Nicole Ingram from Grow, Cook, Eat WA, this session will demonstrate how to creatively repurpose leftover ingredients and uneaten meals into fresh, flavourful dishes. You’ll learn practical cooking techniques, smart storage ideas, and simple strategies to minimise waste while maximising taste.

Whether you're looking to save money, reduce your environmental impact, or simply get more confident in the kitchen, this workshop offers realistic tips you can apply straight away at home.

What You’ll Learn:

What to Bring:
• A container to take home any leftovers

This workshop is designed for adults. Young people aged 12+ may attend if accompanied by an adult. Tickets are required for all participants.
